The Ministry of Economic Affairs has granted Saxion University of Applied Sciences special subsidies for its project 'IPO goes China'. The department of industrial product design of Saxion University plans to use these funds for their international activities, aiming to further develop their insights into the Chinese market and industry.

Saxion International Masters Programme (IMP) staff members Bauke de Vries and Henk Blokland will be visiting Ghana from 15 till 25 November 2009.

In October ’09 final year students from Saxion’s School of Governance and Law participated in a two-day conference at the Maastricht University. This conference aimed at bringing together international researches in various disciplines, to examine the links between corruption and human rights.
