Today, leading the Human Resources department in a very dynamic sector like the IT could not be a success without a strong education that would support my previous experience. Already, I have implemented many of the ideas and principles gleaned from the program and course-work in my current Job as an HR Manager and enriched my knowledge about the world of business and made me more aware of what is going on in the rest of the world on many levels.
