The Final Year programme Human Resource Management is a course for students who want to develop a career as e.g. an (international) HRM manager, a change agent or a strategic (business) partner.
The programme has been created for students:
- who have completed three years of higher education in Human Resource Management or a related field of study and wish to finish their four year bachelor programme with an (international) specialisation in HRM or
- who have attained their bachelor degree in Human Resource Management and wish to receive an additional (internationally acknowledged) Dutch bachelor degree in Human Resource management by completing this international Final Year.
On successful completion of the Final year you will receive the internationally acknowledged Bachelor degree in Human Resource Management.
Course content
International organizations and their staff continually need to adapt to shifts in the external environment and have to feel ‘at home’ anywhere in the world. The programme of this Final Year is aimed at advancing the understanding of human behaviour in the workplace and the contribution of Human Resource (HR) policies and practices to the effectiveness of organizations.

Specific requirements
First of all, our general entry requirements apply. Next to that, to join this programme, the following requirements are necessary:
- A minimum of three years of higher education in a discipline related to and including Human Resource Management.
- A good command of English with a minimum of an IELTS test score of 6.0 or a TOEFL test-score of 550.
- Having complied with the intake procedure (more information to follow).
- A minimum number of participating students.

After completion of this Final Year you will be an interesting candidate for a career in the international Human Resources business environment.
You can fill the role of a junior international Change Agent and/or Strategic (business) Partner.
