BSN Registration day Deventer
If you move to the Netherlands from abroad, you must register as a resident here. After registering you will receive a Dutch citizen service number (BSN).
You need a BSN for the following things:
- To open a Dutch bank account
- To work
- To take out healthcare insurance
- To apply for benefits
All students must register. You will receive an invitation via email with the exact time that you may come to register in the City Hall of Deventer.
