The Short Degree Programme Marketing is a bachelor degree programme consisting of two different semesters. Depending on your previous relevant education at university/bachelor degree level, you will enrol in the one-year programme, or you will be required to study the two additional theoretical semesters.
Multinational teambuilding and acquiring a variety of professional skills by means of training sessions and a final assignment (thesis), are all part of the programme. Much attention is also given to the personal development of the student in this international setting. Students will improve their English language skills and gain knowledge of living and working in a different culture. Furthermore students will experience how to rely on their own resourcefulness, creativity and flexibility.
Students of Short Degree Programme Marketing-partner universities are allowed to study in conjunction with their present studies at their home university, achieving two degrees in one year (“double degree programme”).
All over the world, the key of successful business is based on knowing your customers: understanding their needs, wants and demands. What benefits and unique propositions are you able to offer? Is your customer unhappy, satisfied or moreover delighted with your offering?
How is the competition responding to your activities and success? You may want to expand to other markets and countries too. You will certainly have to adapt your company’s strategy to cope with the fast changing macro and micro environments. Communication is also changing dramatically. The customer likes to be in control of messages he receives. Widespread advertising is switching to narrowcasting, direct marketing, and ideally to 1-to-1 interactive communications.
Within this dynamic and rapidly changing environment, your personal traits and understanding how to co-operate are extremely important for all internal and external business contacts. The Short Degree Programme Marketing offers insights in business strategies, international marketing strategies, advanced marketing communication techniques and communication skills.
