Possible strike public transport services: prepare well for your journey to the exam location

25.06.2018

Do you have exams this week? There is a good chance that the public transport services will go on strike for a maximum of 72 hours as of Wednesday 27 June 2018. Unfortunately, it is not possible to cancel Saxion's exam week.

The public transportation services will most likely go on strike for a maximum of 72 hours as of Wednesday (27-29 June). This will cause extra inconvenience because of the exam week. All exams will proceed as scheduled!

Exam week will not be cancelled

Saxion is very sorry that the strike coincides with the exam week but in this period of the academic year it is not possible to cancel the exam week. So please prepare well for your journey to the exam location and leave home in time. Go by bike if possible, ask a fellow student if you can travel together by car (don't forget there is limited parking space) or let someone else drop you off at Saxion.
