Ir. Ger Brinks

Lecturer Ger Brinks studied process engineering, with a major in chemical textile technique at the HTS, and chemical technology, with a major in biomedical materials science at the University of Twente. He fulfilled various leading positions in the field of research and development.

Ger Brinks was among other Group- and Section leader pharmaceutical research at Organon, R&D manager at Otares, Development Executive at Lever Industrial, head of the Detergents Research department at Unilever Research and R&D-director at Stork Prints. He was co-founder of Perdix Technologies, an engineering company in the field of sensors and is the CEO if BMA-Techne, specialised in R&D management and technology road mapping. Brinks was an associate at Boer & Croon and executes large R&D organization projects.

Ger Brinks is a lecturer at Sustainable & Functional Textiles at Saxion since February 2007.
