All project teams will start a new business in an HR-related context providing specialised services, processes or products to small and medium sized organisations which choose to outsource specific HR tasks. Project teams choose an HR discipline and develop a specialised service, process or product. The target group is a small or medium-sized organisation.
This target group needs to be specified further when writing your business plan. In this course, a methodical approach is used for writing business plans.
