The courses in Organisational Behaviour (OB) focus on the behaviour of people in an organisation. The course OB1 has the objective to improve student insight into the motivation of individuals and how this influences performance, job satisfaction, work stress and the absence of people in the workplace.

  • The student is able to execute an interview with an individual on job-related issues (interview skills will be trained in Basic Communication Skills 2).
