It is the objective of this course to further develop and deepen the understanding of the specific Reward Themes within an international context. It builds on the basic knowledge of OT 1.2 Job Evaluation and Reward Systems: More specifically, this course addresses 'reward' aspects of an increasingly Global Workforce.
