1. On the basis of literature, legislation and case law, you can advise (answer questions/analyse and solve more complex practical cases) on the legal aspects of W & S;
2. Amongst other things, you can give advice on the different forms of agreements to the performance of work; legal regulations concerning: salary and leave; Obligations of employer/employee Special Clauses.
