This course gives students an introduction to the discipline of accounting and financial management. The demand for accountability among all business functions has never been greater. People in an organization may still see HR as focus only on the ‘soft’ side of business. Boosting your financial intelligence can help change that perception. If you can speak the language, ask questions, and use the information, you will help give your department a stronger voice in business decisions.
