To improve the organisational adaptability by analysing and describing opportunities for improvement of adaptability with the following focus: team processes, business processes and organisational culture.

Test criteria

Students work together in group of five students and will design and implement an innovative intervention for the client.

The course will be evaluated by:

  • Action Research skills (group): 70%. The average mark for four indicators needs to be sufficient.
  • Professional skills (individual): 30% The average mark for three indicators needs to be sufficient.

The Grading Key shows the indicators and criteria, which will be evaluated partly in a portfolio, partly in an assessment.

The student will receive 5 credit points for this course.

Feedback will be provided during a scheduled feedback session in quarter 2.
