It is the objective of this course to further develop and deepen the understanding of the specific Reward Themes within an international context. It builds on the basic knowledge of OT 1.2 Job Evaluation and Reward Systems: More specifically, this course addresses 'reward' aspects of an increasingly Global Workforce.

Test criteria

1. Presenting the outcome to a target audience (30% of the final grade)

2. Writing a Global Mobility Policy (brochure) and appendix to the policy containing the reason for your choices (70% of the final grade)
