Students provide strategic advice in a video. This advice will mainly focus on the HRM strategy, the marketing strategy, the operations strategy and the financial strategy. It will look at how best to tackle the issues highlighted in the analysis in order to make the implementation a success. To provide this advice, the commercial goals will be defined, but also the strategic goals, which are based on the analysis and the highlighted issues.
