Students work together in groups as an event agency. The starting point of the module is the assignment that the agencies receive from a client. Each agency must convince the client that they are the best agency to work with. Based on a design thinking principle, the agency works towards a concept. A concept that convinces the client to cooperate with the agency. The agency will then start planning, executing and evaluating the event in close collaboration with various internal and external stakeholders. During this process, the agency has an eye for financial, security, communication and hospitality aspects that are involved in organizing a successful event. In addition, the student continuously works on the development of his / her professional skills and attitude. The student can organize a successful event in collaboration with a diversity of stakeholders by going through the different phases of an event and has a grip on the various management aspects. The student develops his / her professional communication skills and hospitable attitude and knows how to adapt these to the target group and the moment. The student is constantly aware of his / her professional development as a Young Professional.
