In this module we dive deeper into management of portfolios, projects, programs and application portfolios. You will be offered practical tools to take better IT investment decisions, based on business case methods and techniques.  You will also start to use a multi criteria methodology, to help you develop an assessment system to better prioritise IT investments, and support the development of an IT investments portfolio (portfolio management).
These tools are necessary as organisations have a growing need for a commercial approach towards IT investments. As a future higher educated professional working on the intersection of IT and business, you must be able to produce a extensive business case to assess an IT investment from various viewpoints.
