It is increasingly important for organisations that information delivery is not just designed to provide added value for the current business objectives, but that it can be continuously adjusted to maintain optimum alignment. This is necessary as companies must be able to change quicker and more often, if they want to be able to adjust to changes in the market. The architecture for information delivery also requires a transparent decision procedure, which needs to be clearly documented.
In this module, students learn how to actually design and steer this process, based on best practice frameworks and techniques, so that IT continuously helps the business maintain added value while adjusting to market changes.
