In the role of 'interim manager of the NTO' you will develop two solutions in order to realise a flourishing destination; based on the professional products of exam 1. These solutions concern the internal organisation/destination and external market. The third part of the portfolio assessment is an individual assessment combined with a justification which entails an elaboration on how the monitoring of the succes of the new solutions are measured and are presented in a dashboard. The to be measured KPIs are justified in an assessment.
