Hot drinks vending machines

Saxion has hot drinks vending machines in its buildings that are supplied and managed by the company Maas. Insofar as these devices process personal data, Maas acts as independent data controller within the meaning of the term in the GDPR. Saxion has no control over the purposes and means of these processing operations and is therefore not responsible for them.

Maas is solely responsible for ensuring compliance with the GDPR, including ensuring legitimate processing and taking technical and organisational measures. In addition, Maas is responsible for providing information to data subjects and facilitating the exercise of their data protection rights.
