The course is built around a recruitment case on which the students will work as of week 1. Students will work in pairs providing a recruitment service to the client (line manager). Throughout the duration of 8 weeks, students will go through the recruitment process attracting, selecting and evaluating candidates.

Learning goals

Students show that they:

  • have knowledge and understanding of the basic recruitment process 
  • can manage the sample recruitment process by achieving several of the real-life recruitment process milestones 
  • can conduct a sample selection interview meeting, following the outlines and applying appropriate selection and questioning methods 
  • can act as credible activist for both the client (line manager) and the candidates during the run of the real-time recruitment case.
