Project management is part of the first year curriculum of the Bachelor Degree Programme of Bachelor in International Human Resource Management. The course content of project management is based on principles to facilitate projects in starting up, analyses, implementations and reporting.

Every HRM professional will be part of or will be monitoring a project. At Saxion, University of Applied Sciences, we consider it important to develop project management skills as early as possible. In this course, we will develop project management skills and provide students with project management tools. We will provide students with knowledge and skills to design, start up and control every phase of a project. The human dynamics surrounding projects and managing these dynamics, together with knowledge about the human aspect in a project and controlling the organisation of projects will lead to a student who is capable to manage projects.
