Operational Management 1: Project Management

Every HRM professional will be part or will be monitoring a project. As Saxion, University of Applied Sciences, we think it is important to develop project management skills as early as possible. In this course we will develop project management skills and provide students with project management tools. We will provide students with knowledge and skills to design, start up and control every phase of a project. The human dynamics surrounding projects and managing these dynamics, together with knowledge about human aspects in projects and controlling the organisation of projects will lead to a student who is capable to manage projects.
