Memorable signing ceremony in Vietnam
On February 7th of 2018, the signing ceremony of a joint education cooperation agreement between Ton Duc Thang University (TDTU) and Saxion University of Applied Sciences in Vietnam took place, taking their strong relationship forward.
Granting Dual Degrees
The signing ceremony on 7 February 2018 involves a joint education cooperation agreement for granting dual degrees.
Ton Duc Thang University and Saxion University of Applied Sciences officially exchanged, agreed upon and recognized mutual training programmes.
Particular Importance
The signing ceremony is of particular importance, since TDTU is the first university in Vietnam that Saxion signed such an agreement with.
The ceremony was held in the presence of the Minister of Commerce of the Netherlands, Ms. Sigrid Kaag. The Dutch minister led her first trade mission to Vietnam, on the occasion of the 45th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between the Netherlands and Vietnam.
Strong Relationship
Saxion and TDTU have a strong relationship and have worked closely together for 12 years already, initiating multiple activities and cooperation projects.
This includes not only lecturer and student exchange, but also the co-hosting of international conferences, research cooperation, scholarships programmes and much more.
