Update 1: Saxion follows guidelines RIVM regarding coronavirus
Like many organisations, Saxion has in recent days received questions concerning the coronavirus and how we as an educational institution, are dealing with it. Saxion is actively keeping track of the situation and developments both nationally and internationally and monitors these on a daily basis.
We follow the guidelines of various authorities such as the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (Ministerie van Buitenlandse Zaken), the RIVM (National Institute for Public Health and the Environment) and the GGD (Municipal Health Services Netherlands). Relevant information can be found on my MySaxion and saxion.nl, we update this information daily if necessary.
The RIVM provides general information and a Q&A:
Foreign travels and internships
Travel restrictions are being put in place for a growing number of countries, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs provides advice on this. Saxion follows their guidelines for travelling abroad both for employees and students.
Information for students and employees
Students and employees can find all the relevant information about their studies and work on our intranet.
