Court ruling on reported theft of exam questions

Saxion is pleased that the court hearing as a consequence of its reporting of theft has now been concluded and is satisfied with the ruling. This is important to Saxion.

Although, as also mentioned during the hearing, this does not compare to the social impact this has had and the amount of unrest caused to our students and staff.

Saxion has done its utmost to get to the bottom of the matter and it is good that the Public Prosecution decided to prosecute and that the judge has now given a ruling. We will examine the ruling in detail to see whether there is relevant information for the internal investigation committee to further its own investigation into the use of stolen exam questions by individual students.
