'Saxion is a place to be and remain yourself.'

Reading time Minutes

We notice that the recent election results in the Netherlands raise questions. We would like to remind you that it is important to keep talking to each other, even if you disagree. Of course, Saxion will always stand for diversity and inclusion, regardless of origin, gender, background, belief or political preference. We value an environment in which everyone feels respected, safe and appreciated. Saxion is a place to be yourself, a university that is a safe space for everyone to learn, grow and contribute to an inclusive community. In line with these values, it is important that we speak to each other in an atmosphere where different perspectives are heard, seen and valued.

If you are a current student at Saxion and you are concerned about the election results, please discuss this with your study coach.

We also want to reassure our (future) international students that, despite the election results, practical matters such as visa applications remain unchanged for now. If you have any questions about this, please contact [email protected]
