The assessment encompasses the theory from the lectures, progress made during the labs and the subsequent results in form of a final product. The assessment will be done based on the submitted files on Blackboard and the evaluation by the teachers involved.

Test criteria

Each student researches one of the provided client topics for a conceptual educational gamified experience. The documents offer proof for applying and validating CIMO, octalysis and educational gamification elements. Deliverables (preconditions): 
• empathy map, research data on main & subquestions, defined learning outcomes 
• Three gamified experiences ideas (ideation) 
• Workflow and results that showcase how a feasible idea is transformed into a concept. This contains detailed iterations on user journey, UX/UI design & learning outcomes validation
