This module concerns basic theoretical knowledge on Dutch Dismissal Law & Social Security Law and particularly, Unemployment Law. With reference to the supporting lectures, acquire knowledge on the subject matter of the field. During the tutorials, you practice with case studies and can ask questions about the material. Case studies will teach you to approach a legal issue and to substantiate, among other things, with legal regulations. The cases also prepare you for the assessment and for working in practice.

Test criteria
