This course is the sequel to the first year course on international employment law and comparative law. It gives students the basic knowledge needed to enter a discussion with the legal department/legal adviser of the organisation. In ICLL 2 students will learn about international organisations like the EU and the ILO. Furthermore, this course will make them aware of the legal complications of cross border working and it will give them some universal basic principles on issues such as equal treatment, minimum wages and social security.
