The course consists of weekly session in which the concept of gaming and the Ulrich models will be introduced and in which the students will work on the project using Scrum techniques. A session will be a guided work session of the teams. In some sessions, there will be an introduction from the lecturers on the relevant theory. In consecutive workshops, the students will work on developing a game in groups of 4/5. Each group will be given a specific HR topic (Ulrich competence) to integrate in the game.

Time will be blocked for these sessions, on a fixed day (Thursdays), 2 lecturers will be present to kick-off the working day and introduce relevant topics. The remainder of the available time the students will work in their respective groups on the assignment.

Consultation vouchers will be made available to the students with which they can ‘buy’ consultation time from the lecturers. This is done to simulate the fact that expert knowledge is scarce and usually comes at a price.
