HR Analytics is a complex multi-year challenge. Therefore, we will be focused on specific pre-defined HR Analytical challenges that the companies have to face. Three companies have decided to join our HR Analytics lab and will serve students as clients. Some of the students will be working on a business case. In this folder you will find the specific assignments.

Learning goals

In this lab we will focus on the following learning outcomes; each individual indicator accounts for 25% and is translated to more specific indicators in the test matrix 

  1. Students get an overview of the complete HR analytics cycle by completing the business analytics KLM MOOC 
  2. Students identify the HR challenge(s) of the organisation by using literature and subsequently putting these challenges in an HR analytical context. 
  3. Students identify specific HR analytical issues that need to be improved within the company by conducting research  
  4. Students gather and analyse data to gain insights concerning possible improvement 
  5. Students formulate an advice for the organisation based on their research activities and include an implementational solution
