The key areas of focus will be determined on the basis of the implementation plan. Students will identify and analyse the main stakeholders, and any potential resistance among them, per area of focus. An appropriate change strategy and plan of action will be developed, based on the expected resistance among stakeholders.

Test criteria
In this assessment, students discuss potential resistance among the different stakeholders in the different areas of focus. They develop a change strategy and plan of action to overcome this resistance. They are also able to identify and reduce any resistance in their conversation partner.
