In groups of 4 to 5 students, an HRM issue in the hospitality industry is analysed. In the form of a case study (literature research, desk research, field research), insights are gathered from various perspectives. The groups can choose from a list of typical HR issues in the hospitality industry. The themes discussed in the theory will play a role in this, as well as the impact of one or more drivers on the central driver human capital. What consequences does it have, for example, for the employees, for the manager and for their relationship? This is a group assignment with an individual part (justification and reflection).
