In his professional functioning, the student demonstrates the ability to communicate both in writing as well as verbally in a respectful and purposeful manner. The student also behaves in a hospitable manner, demonstrates sensitivity, and cooperates effectively with stakeholders. In doing so, the student extends his professional network during the internship period. During the internship, the student works on his pitfalls and the development of his qualities. The student evaluates these and reflects on their application in concrete experiences within the internship. The student also applies critical reflection on the development of his values, norms and beliefs. Finally, the student reflects on decisions within the organization and their impact on people, processes and products, as well as on his (future) role in professional practice.

Test criteria

Students develop their professional functioning within professional practice and reflect on their own personal and professional development during the internship period. The professional functioning of the student, is co-assessed by the business coach.
