The student is able to write a research report according to the specified conditions and is able to
critically substantiate the choices made.
The student acquired new knowledge and skills during the internship and is able to implement these in different contexts under different circumstances.
The student shows initiative, sees tasks that need to be done and acts on them.
The student is able to prioritize activities and explain these choices.
The student is flexible and able to respond quickly to rapidly changing situations.
The student is clear and brief in the oral communication skills.
The student is clear and brief in the written communication
The student gives his/her opinion in a suitable way, appropriate for the situation and target group
The student works together with colleagues within the organisation appropriately and well.
The student is aware of his/her role within the team.
The student carries out the activities properly and within a reasonable time limit.

The students shows how his/her vision on the textile industry changed during the internship in his/her reflection report.
The students shows how his/her vision on sustainability changed during the internship based on observations in the field during the internship.
