In the first ten weeks of the project (about 1½ days a week) we explore the assignment, gather information on the client, define a project plan (action plan), define what 'finished' means here, perform preliminary research, and possibly build an initial prototype.
The students evaluate each other’s work. Should the peer reviews indicate certain team members are underperforming, an individual assessment will be done.
Implementation will be done based on the preliminary research and prototype from the first phase of this project. At this stage, you will be working about 3½ days a week on the project. At the end of this stage, you submit your end product and documentation, and conclude the project with a presentation and demonstration (preferably with you client present).
