To be able to function properly, modern organisations need a thorough description of their business processes and solid IT support. But how do you describe your business processes? How do we define the IT support that is needed? How do we guarantee our processes meet our customers' expectations?
Processes and IT are often taken for granted. In this module you will learn that that is not how it should be! You will learn to describe a functional organisation, how processes can be automated, and which processes are necessary to support your IT department.
