In this module you work within teams of 4-5 fellow students to build a game. You learn to structure and manage a project yourselves. Working on projects with others will be a daily requirement when working in a company. But collaboration needs work. Software projects often fail. Sometimes this is due to poor collaboration within the team, or with the client. Even managers can do more harm than good at times.  In this module you are introduced to basic principles of project-based working. You will learn how to organise your own work using SCRUM methods, and how to work with others to produce an excellent end product. We will briefly discuss some theories of project management, and apply these in the many hours that we are working interactively and collaboratively. The aim of the project is to invent and develop a game for your client.
