How to enjoy your student life to the fullest? By getting to know all the places to go around town, know where and how to meet other (international) students and what to expect of the cities Saxion is located in.

Getting to know your way around the city, the Saxion buildings and meeting new people can be hard. A current international student will share her experience with you. She will share her first moments in the Netherlands, how shemanaged to make the Netherlands her home and will give you some tips on the best shops, restaurants and bars around.

Show you the Saxion locations (Enschede, Deventer and Apeldoorn)
Where to go grocery shopping, where to go clubbing or what gym we would recommend
A current student will share her experiences as an international student in the Netherlands
We will share tips on how to meet other students, for example via the onboarding programme, joining events hosted by ESN and the GOIN app
We will tell you about the Onboarding programme, the events Saxion will host and the ‘Your First 100 Days of Onboarding Programme’
