02-03-2021 Corona update: Lockdown and curfew extended

Reading time Minutes

In the press conference on Tuesday, February 23, Mark Rutte announced that the lockdown will be extended up to and including March 15. The curfew has also been extended till that date.

All timetables and exam timetables up to and including March 12 have been adjusted to the extended lockdown and curfew. This is visible to students on their timetable. Up to and including March 12, no educational activities (including exams) are scheduled after 8 p.m. in the Saxion buildings. In doing this we facilitate students and employees to get home in time before curfew. This allows us to avoid working with curfew declarations.

However, if you run into problems with your travel time, you can download a ‘Self-declaration curfew’ here as proof that you were on location for an exam. A student also needs a statement from Saxion. For this the Exam Office can be contacted. Prior to the exam, you can come to room F2.78 in Enschede or room B5.38 in Deventer or call 088 - 019 1662.
