Especially in the first year you will have a lot of courses related to math, for example in courses like control systems and digital signal processing.

We mostly teach you the programming languages C, C++, C# and Python.

That´s not a strict condition, but it definitely helps! But in the end it is more important that you like to puzzle and solve problems.

Yes, we expect that! 95% of our graduates get a job directly after their graduation, some of them already get offers even during their studies.

Software Engineering focuses mainly on the engineering of software and programming, which means that working with only a laptop or computer is sufficient. You will also get courses in electrical engineering and mathematics. It is more technical and you also work with actual tools like for example a screwdriver and soldering iron. There is also a lot of programming, but then not only with a computer but also with robots for example.

The study programme Mechatronics is a combination of mechanical engineering, IT and electrical engineering with a focus on system integration.
