Want to collaborate with us as a student?

The International Water Technology Research Group contributes to the education of various bachelor degree programmes in the Engineering, Biology, Chemistry and Technology domain. We provide assignments for projects as well as complete courses related to our expertise. Students with various backgrounds are encouraged to explore the possibilities to contribute to the work of the research group and the various research projects.

Minor programme: Energy, Water & Raw materials

The challenges surrounding the transitions in the fields of energy, water and raw materials call for new knowledge, innovative solutions and professionals who can approach systemic issues from different perspectives. And how do we ensure there is sufficient water of the right quality, in the right place and at the right time? Due to climate change, periods of extreme rainfall and flooding are increasingly alternating with prolonged droughts. This has consequences for nature, agriculture, industry and the living environment, and calls for a different approach to the design and management of our water system.

Student assignments

Students from various programs are welcome to perform individual internship or graduation assignments. These assignments are always related to running research projects. The researchers act as (company) coaches to enable excellent performance of students.

Students from life science and engineering domain programmes are welcome to contact us to discuss the possibilities. You are also welcome to contact us if you study at a different university of applied sciences.
