Saxion students Nanotechnology in the labThe Nanotechnology programme focuses on the creation and application of very small devices, to the size of only a few molecules, in all areas of technology. Cooperation with other disciplines is necessary to realize such devices.

 

 

 

 

 

The programme consists the following modules:

Quarter 1:

  • Concepts of Nanochemistry 1 (6 ECTS)
  • Microsystem Engineering 1 (6 ECTS)
  • Cross-disciplinary Topics (Math or Chemistry) (3 ECTS)

Quarter 2:

  • Concepts of Nanochemistry 2 (6 ECTS)
  • Microsystem Engineering 2 (6 ECTS)
  • Nano Practicum (3 ECTS)

For admission to this programme, potential participants must have successfully passed the propaedeutic exam of one of the following bachelor programmes; Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Chemistry, Biology and Medical Laboratory Research, Crime Science and Applied Physics.

Your level of English should be at least B2.
