Non-European students that start their studies at Saxion for the first time have to pay the tuition fees at once. You can indicate this in Studielink, where you have the possibility to an authorisation for a one-off direct debit of the tuition fees every year.
All students whose housing is arranged for by Saxion are required to pay a housing deposit of € 500,-. This deposit is to cover damage to the property, or cleaning costs after students leave. It is also used to cover excessive heating and electricity bills. At the end of the academic year, students can receive part of the deposit or the complete deposit may be returned, after a thorough inspection of the room and the house. All students living in one house or flat will be jointly responsible for energy consumption.
Some programmes require an extra amount for books.
