Automatische gesprekken t.b.v. optimale stadionbezetting

Sports clubs have a much lower turnover due to the corona measures because their stadium can only be occupied for around 23%. Sports Alliance has developed a solution that can automatically determine a more optimal stadium occupancy

To actually achieve an optimal occupancy in practice, up-to-date information from the individual visitors is needed. This can only be achieved by means of a conversational agent that automatically handles calls, combined with recognition of "actionable results" and automatic handling in the involved systems, such as ticketing. Such a system that can deal with ad-hoc changes also offers added value for customer service and occupation of football stadiums outside the current situation, eg around the standard 10-15% no-shows.

In this project we develop a first proof-of-concept of a conversational agent with automatic handling of actions in adjacent systems.
