The internship within CMGT helps you experience the professional field. You do not need to be able to do all sorts of things yet. First and foremost, the internship is intended to educate and develop yourself. Companies are interested in interns who want to learn, are motivated and inquisitive.

You will deepen your knowledge and skills in these four competences. And at the end of it, you will also be graded on these four competences. Before you start, you formulate your own individual learning goals with these competences in mind. 

What do you want to achieve and learn during the internship period? Once that is clear, you and your company coach jointly decide how you can work on these learning objectives. What projects or tasks would suit you and your aims? This helps to ensure that the learning goals are achievable and tailored to your needs. You record this in your Internship Plan, which will be reviewed by the company coach and must be submitted within the first two weeks of the internship.
