14-12-2020 Corona-update: Lockdown up to and including 17 January 2021
On 14 December 2020, the cabinet decided that we are to go into lockdown again. For education, this means that the standard is online (remote) education from Wednesday 16 December.
An exception applies to exams that are planned on location, practical education and guidance of vulnerable students. Space will remain for this at our locations in Enschede, Deventer and Apeldoorn. These measures apply in any case up to and including 17 January 2021.
We already offer many of our lessons and assessments online. They will therefore continue online as usual. The classes which have been scheduled in one of the buildings will be offered online if possible. You will be further informed regarding the timetable in Xedule and any additional information from your School.
On the morning of Wednesday 16 December, we expect to have the actual timetable for 16, 17 and 18 December, so that it is clear which lessons continue in which form. The timetable for 4 January onwards will be communicated later this week.
Internships and research activities
For internships, you follow the rules that apply to the sector/branch in which the internship takes place. If those activities continue, the internship can also continue. As now, research activities can only take place on location if they are strictly location-bound.
When there is more or new information, you will hear this as soon as possible via a new update.
