Forms of collaboration and quality assurance
We believe it is important to collaborate with schools and teachers in the design and implementation of our research and in the dissemination of the results. We often collaborate with other research groups. We are always interested in hearing from you about research collaboration ideas that are in line with our research focus.
All forms of collaboration are possible
We are open to new collaborations with (traditional) innovative schools and with researchers and organisations with objectives that match our research themes. The same applies to students who (are about to) graduate.
How can we work together?
Would you like to start a research project with us? Then let's explore our goals, research ideas, and funding opportunities.
Does your school focus on one of the topics we research? And do you want to participate in research that contributes to education at your school? Please contact us so that we know where to find you when we are looking for participants.
Our research contributes to educational practice. Is your school running into a problem and can research help you? Let us know if you have an idea for a research topic within our themes: education, educational design and professionalisation, and educational technology.
The Future Learning Lab offers opportunities to explore and evaluate new educational technology. If you would like to collaborate with our Future Learning Lab, please feel free to contact us.

Quality Assurance
In all our research projects, we work in a planned and systematic manner (PDCA). We start each project by jointly drawing up a research proposal. This proposal describes the rationale, problem definition, theoretical framework and research questions.
We outline the types of data we will collect, how we will collect and store it, the analyses we will conduct, and how we will make use of the results of our research (valorisation/dissemination). During our projects, we regularly monitor progress and use internal and external peer reviews to guarantee and optimise quality.
