An analysis of the current organization and the potential business environment will lead to conclusions that identify both potential opportunities and issues. Further research and integration of information will result in an advice on how to use the opportunities to the fullest and how to turn the issues around to opportunities, in other words the strategy is developed. Feasibility and implementation consequences are taken into consideration. This advice is than detailed into a project planning of the implementation. In the meantime financial management skills are practiced in a business simulation game.
